1.2. The General Terms and Conditions can be viewed on the website (www.autoflasher.de).
1.3. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Die Autoflasher GmbH and to every distance sales contract concluded between Die Autoflasher GmbH and the customer who uses or purchases tuning software/tuning files (“Products”) offered on the website of Die Autoflasher GmbH exclusively for professional purposes.
1.4. The version of the General Terms and Conditions published on the website at the time of the order shall apply.
1.5. By ordering or purchasing products from Die Autoflasher GmbH via the website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions. In particular, by purchasing, downloading, configuring, or using the products and related documentation, the customer expressly agrees to the provisions of the License Agreement, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and the License Agreement, the provisions of the License Agreement shall prevail.

1.7. Deviations or amendments to these General Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by autoflasher.de. Deviations from individual provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
2.1. Due to the highly specialized nature of the products, Die Autoflasher GmbH sells its products exclusively on a B2B basis to professional vehicle tuners who are sufficiently trained, experienced, and qualified in the field of vehicle tuning and capable of tuning a vehicle without additional information, training, or third-party assistance.
2.2. By ordering or purchasing products from Die Autoflasher GmbH, the customer confirms that they are a professional vehicle tuner with extensive knowledge and training in vehicle tuning.
3.1. The information publicly provided by autoflasher.de (e.g., on the website) is of a general nature and may be corrected and/or modified. Such information is not normally tailored to personal or specific circumstances. Die Autoflasher GmbH reserves the right to modify product specifications at any time if deemed appropriate, necessary, or required by any authority.
3.2. All offers and products are subject to availability.
3.3. All prices listed on the website are based on the current price list of Die Autoflasher GmbH.
3.4. All prices are stated in euros and are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT) and any other applicable charges.
3.5. Prices are subject to change and may be modified by Die Autoflasher GmbH at any time on the website.
3.6. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation and displayed in the buyer’s customer account shall apply.
3.7. Die Autoflasher GmbH processes orders subject to availability and within the limits set out in these General Terms and Conditions. Die Autoflasher GmbH reserves the right to refuse orders at any time for legitimate reasons, particularly in cases of suspected abuse of rights or customer misconduct.
3.8. The purchase of a product does not include future updates. If the customer wishes to obtain an updated version of the software, a new order must be placed and paid for.
4.1. Before ordering any product, each customer must create an account. The customer account is created by completing the registration form and providing current, complete, and accurate information. Providing false information (e.g., fake or unclear Vehicle Identification Numbers) may result in Die Autoflasher GmbH being unable to provide support for a specific project.
4.2. After creating an account, the customer may purchase products in the webshop. The products purchased here consist of credits, which can be used to download the corresponding tuning software/tuning files. Credits must be paid for in accordance with Article 5.
4.3. The purchased credits are stored in the customer’s account and can be used at any time. Once a tuning software/tuning file has been downloaded, the corresponding number of credits will be deducted.
4.4. Purchased credits cannot be canceled or refunded. Any refund request will result in immediate exclusion from the website, services, and products.
5.1. The invoice will be sent to the customer exclusively by email after order confirmation.
Customers are required to pay for the products via the online payment providers “PayPal” or “Mollie,” unless otherwise expressly agreed with Die Autoflasher GmbH.
5.2. Die Autoflasher GmbH may introduce additional payment methods in the future, which will be announced on the website.
5.3. To ensure security, all online payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.
5.4. In certain cases, credit may be granted, and the customer may request tuning files up to a specified limit, which will then be invoiced by the billing company according to the applicable country. For this purpose, each tuning file is charged as one credit, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For the German-speaking region, we cooperate with the following company:

Invoices for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are issued exclusively by this company. An agreement exists between the involved entities.
6.1. Downloading a product requires that (i) complete and accurate vehicle information is provided and (ii) the file containing the read-out data of the engine control unit (ECU) is uploaded.
6.2. After collecting and analyzing the submitted data, the corresponding tuning software/tuning file will be made available to the customer for download.
6.3. The warranty applies only if complete and correct vehicle data has been provided. In cases of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete data, Die Autoflasher GmbH disclaims any warranty.
6.4. The customer is solely responsible for correctly installing the tuning software/tuning file into the vehicle. Die Autoflasher GmbH assumes no liability if installation cannot be performed for reasons other than a product defect.
6.5. Once downloaded, the customer may not request any return or refund. Article 8 regarding warranty remains unaffected.
7.1. The customer has the right to reject products or cancel an order in whole or in part if the delivered products do not meet industry standards or are unsuitable for the specified vehicle.
7.2. The customer or recipient must inspect the products upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or deviation must be reported in writing within five days of delivery.
7.3. If Die Autoflasher GmbH does not receive written notice of a claim within five days, the products shall be deemed accepted by the customer.
8.1. For a period of one year from the date of delivery, Die Autoflasher GmbH guarantees that the products are of merchantable quality, free from material and manufacturing defects, and meet the applicable industry standards.
8.2. The warranty applies solely to the software. The implementation of the tuning software/tuning file(s) in the vehicle is performed at the customer’s own risk and is excluded from the warranty.
In particular, Die Autoflasher GmbH does not warrant that (i) the products meet the customer’s requirements; (ii) they function with other hardware or software; or (iii) they will operate without errors, interruptions, or incompatibilities.

- Inspection and Acceptance
7.1. The customer has the right to reject products or cancel an order in whole or in part if the delivered products do not meet industry standards or are unsuitable for the specified vehicle.
7.2. The customer or recipient must inspect the products upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or deviation must be reported in writing within five days of delivery.
7.3. If Die Autoflasher GmbH does not receive written notice of a claim within five days, the products shall be deemed accepted by the customer.
- Warranty
